How to block a Folder from Users.

In this modern Era many people use PC (Personal Computers). It is called PC because Only one person can use a computer at one time. If we have a PC and we put that PC in our homes or anywhere else. It would also be used by other users. They might also use same programs that you use on that computer. Surely they also use folders that you also use.
In this tutorial I will teach you how to restrict other users from accessing a specific folder. If you want to prevent the users to access your personal folder then you should to the following.
Before applying permissions on a folder you should Be an Administrator of Computer.

Setp 1:  Logon to your Computer as Admin.
Step 2:  Go to Start à Control Panel à User accounts and make another user with limited account. See   How to make a limited Account inWindows XP (Tutorial)
Step 3:  Go to My Computer à Tools Menu à Folder Options à Go to View Tab. In Advance Settings Area Scroll down to the last option and Uncheck Use simple file sharing (Recommended). And then click OK. As shown in the figure.

Step 4:  Right click on Folder à Properties à Go to Security Tab and click on Add button. As shown in the figure.

 Step 5:  Here I will add a user who will not access to this folder. I already made a user named Others. Ok then, after clicking on Add button in folder’s properties’ view’s tab, another dialogue box will appear named Select users or Groups. Here Enter the user name. The user name should be valid no spelling errors. And then click on Check Names Button. If the user name appears following the administrator then you are on the right way (as shown in the figure), If another dialogue appears then you wrote wrong user name.
Step 6: Now that we added the user “Others” into Groups or User Names. Select the User in Groups or User Names Area. Select All the deny Check Box and Click on OK (As shown in the Figure).

 Step 7: Now log in to that account and you double click on that folder. Now you cannot access to that folder.
